We use this information to maintain our subscriber list, understand demand and supply, develop the planned marketplace, review category suggestions, and send the updates you request.
We store submission and consent timestamps, the version of the consent wording, the contact destination, and records of opt-out changes. Email and SMS choices are recorded separately. Providing contact information alone does not authorize marketing messages. Technical request information is used for security and abuse prevention; short-lived hashed rate-limit identifiers help limit automated submissions. Service providers process information to host and operate the website. We do not sell your signup information.
Subscriptions are free. Registration records your free base membership; it does not create a rental booking, paid membership, wallet verification, or automatic Founders award. We retain signup information while needed for these purposes and record unsubscribe status to honor your choice.

An email address is required for free membership and essential membership communications. Consent to promotional emails and text messages is optional and is not a condition of membership, purchase, or rental.
